The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 1,131 Turkish liras at 18.00 and 19.00 local time (1500 and 1600 GMT), while the lowest will be 300.01 liras at 09.00 local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 8.88% to 356 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 726.51 liras and 728.81 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Saturday was set as 1,131 at 17.00 local time (1400 GMT), and the lowest at 649.98 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.67 Turkish liras at 1113 GMT on Saturday.
