The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 345.40 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest will be 200 liras at 00.00, 03.00, 04.00 and 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed an increase of 3.56% to 172.40 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 305.60 liras and 310.85 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Thursday was set as 350.01 Turkish liras at 11.00 local time, and the lowest was 200,01 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 5.99 Turkish liras on Thursday at 1131 GMT.
