The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 326.16 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 207.43 liras at 05.00 and 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Monday showed an increase of 8.83% to 142.11 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 303.58 liras and 305.25 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour on Monday was set as 326.68 liras at 08.00 local time and the lowest at 207.89 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.84 Turkish liras at 1110 GMT on Monday.
