The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 311.99 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 210.82 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Wednesday showed a decrease of 12.3% to 161.8 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.38 liras and 288,92 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 349.99 Turkish liras at 14.00 and 15.00 local times and the lowest at 232.93 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.97 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Wednesday.
