The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 12 a.m. and 7 p.m. local time (2100 and 1600 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,598.99 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows an decrease of 7.69% to around 1.64 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,510.22 liras and 2,514.05 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.local time (1600 and 1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 1,999.99 liras at 7 a.m. local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 33.99 liras at 2.13 p.m. local time (1113 GMT) on Friday.
