The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,524 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 11.00 local time (0500 - 0800 GMT), at 18.00 local time (1500 GMT) and at 19.00 local time (1600 GMT), while the lowest is determined as 1,298.99 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed a decrease of 4.75% to 679.63 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,448.72 liras and 1,451.79 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Friday was set as 1,524 liras between 08.00 and 11.00 local time (0500 - 0800 GMT), between 14.00 and 18.00 local time (1100 - 1500 GMT), and at 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), with the lowest at 900 liras at 01.00 and 04.00 local times (2200 and 0100 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
US$1 equals 14.07 liras at 1130 GMT on Friday.
