The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 324.84 Turkish liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest will be 224.59 04.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 4% to 157.3 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.84 liras and 291.21 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 311.90 liras at 18.00 local time and the lowest at 225 liras at 04.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.89 Turkish liras at 1120 GMT on Tuesday.
