The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,508.70 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate is set at 0 liras between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. local time (0400-1200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Monday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 21,2% to around 102.2 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 200.81 liras and 242.35 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 1,199 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time (0500-1400 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 45.71 liras at 2.15 p.m. local time (1115 GMT) on Sunday.
