The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 2,488.88 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), according to official figures released Thursday.
The lowest rate is set at 170.01 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Friday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 15.6% to around 431.67 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 631.89 liras and 674.13 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 2,600.01 liras at 12 a.m. local time (2100 GMT), while the lowest was set at 170 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 46.45 liras at 2.23 p.m. local time (1123 GMT) on Thursday.
