The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 2,600.01 Turkish liras at 12 a.m. local time (2100 GMT), according to official figures released Wednesday.
The lowest rate is set at 170 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Thursday's electricity market trade volume showed a decrease of 29% to around 511.75 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 764.42 liras and 799.58 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set at 3,974.4 liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700, 1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 169.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 46.32 liras at 2.46 p.m. local time (1146 GMT) on Wednesday.
