The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 2,500 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest is determined as 1741.12 liras at 16.00 local time (1300 GMT), the figures show.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 5.78% to 1.03 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,005.08 liras and 2,007.22 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set as 2,500 liras between 09.00 local time (0600 GMT) and 16.00 local time (1300), with the lowest at 500.01 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT).
US$1 equals 14.72 liras at 1108 GMT on Tuesday.
