The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 4,600 Turkish liras at 4 p.m. local time (1300 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set as 1,694.99 liras at 10 a.m and 12 p.m. local time (0700 and 0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed a decrease of 27% to 1.12 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,844.29 liras and 2,878.43 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set as 4,800 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was agreed at 1,999.97 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.57 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1400 GMT) on Saturday.
