The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 1,524 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 23.00 local time (0500-2000 GMT), while the lowest is determined as 999.98 liras at 01.00 local time (2200 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
Turkiye's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday's electricity market showed an increase of 38.5% to 654.8 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,408.21 liras and 1,428.33 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday was set as 1,524 liras at 00.00 local time (2100 GMT) and the lowest at 850.01 liras at 14.00 local time (1100 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.52 liras at 1114 GMT on Sunday.
