The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,400 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m (1600-1800 GMT), according to official figures released Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,644.34 liras between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. local time (0300-0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday's electricity market shows an increase of 59.9% to around 2.35 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 3,172.5 liras and 3,179.74 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m (1700-1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 200 liras between 11 a.m. 12 p.m. local time (0800-0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 40.67 liras at 2.34 p.m. local time (1134 GMT) on Sunday.
