The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 3,650 Turkish liras between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (0600-0800 GMT) and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (1100-1500 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,500 liras at 4 a.m. (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 9.55% to 1.86 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,361.58 liras and 3,406.62 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set as 4,200 Turkish liras between 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. (0500-0800 GMT) and 2.pm. to 7 p.m. (1100-1600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 3,000 liras at 3 a.m. (0000 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.81 liras at 2.11 p.m. local time (1111 GMT) on Tuesday.
