The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 334.12 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199 liras at 04.00 local times, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Wednesday's showed a decrease of 2.5% to 125 million liras, compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 299.56 liras and 303.74 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Tuesday was set as 336 Turkish liras at 17.00 and 18.00 local time, and the lowest will be 271.78 liras at 04.00 local times.
US$1 equals 5.76 Turkish liras at 12.35 GMT on Wednesday.
