The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 342.39 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest will be 199.99 liras at 09.00 local time, according to official figures on Saturday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Saturday showed a decrease of 9.94% to 131.14 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 291.98 liras and 295.10 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Saturday was set as 338.62 Turkish liras at 19.00 local time, and the lowest was 179.99 liras at 05.00, 06.00 and 07.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.01 Turkish liras on Saturday at 1114 GMT.
