The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 3,650 Turkish liras from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (1400 - 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,075 liras at 5 a.m. (0200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed a decrease of 14% to 1.52 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,927.16 liras and 2,948.12 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set as 3,650 liras from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. (0600 - 0700 GMT) and between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. (1300 - 1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 2,250 liras at 3 a.m. (0000 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.82 liras at 2.02 p.m. local time (1102 GMT) on Friday.
