The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,400 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Sunday.
The data showed that the lowest rate is set at 230.11 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday's electricity market shows an increase of 13.5% to around 1.06 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,986.20 liras and 1,985.55 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Sunday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 120 liras at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. local time (0900, 1000 GMT).
US$1 equals 38.86 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
