The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 4,800 Turkish liras between 05.00 and 08.00 p.m. (1300-1600 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate is determined as 2,749.98 liras at 12.00 a.m. local time (0900 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an increase of 6.2% to 1.94 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 4,040.84 liras and 4,043.57 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set as 4,749.99 liras at 7.00 p.m. (1600 GMT) while the lowest rate is set as 2,749.99 liras at 10.00 a.m. local time (0700 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.23 liras at 02.15 p.m. local time (1115 GMT) on Thursday.
