The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 323.82 Turkish liras at 21.00 local time and the lowest at 199.98 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Thursday showed a decrease of 4.5% to 134.46 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 292.56 liras and 293.84 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour on Thursday was set as 325.52 liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 205.73 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.79 Turkish liras at 1220 GMT on Thursday.
