The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., and between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. (0500, 0600, 1400-1800 GMT), according to official figures released Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,719.99 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday's electricity market shows a decrease of 1.5% to around 1.99 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 3,026.30 liras and 3,033.70 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras at 12 a.m., and between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. (2100 GMT on Saturday, and 1200-1900 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1901 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 41.58 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
