The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,700 Turkish liras at 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1300-1800 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,508.35 liras at 5 a.m. local time (0200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday's electricity market showed an increase of 25.3% to around 1.41 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,275.90 liras and 2,313.68 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,700 liras at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was confirmed as 1,425.00 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 27.11 liras at 2.37 p.m. local time (1137 GMT) on Sunday.
