The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 2,700 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. (1600 GMT and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,499.98 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Friday's electricity market shows an increase of 1.2% to around 1.12 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,058.65 liras and 2,065.89 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set at 2,595.27 liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1,499.99 liras at 4 a.m. local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 26.94 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
