The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 329 Turkish liras at 18.00 and the lowest will be 239.99 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local time, according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 7.32% to 182.44 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 309.16 liras and 310.48 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Thursday was set as 356.23 liras at 17.00 and the lowest at 313.13 liras at 05.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.38 Turkish liras at 1131 GMT on Thursday.
