The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 332.72 Turkish liras at 14.00 local time and the lowest at 210 liras at 05.00 and 06.00 local times, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Tuesday showed a decrease of 4.2% to 144.94 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 309.19 liras and 311.75 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour on Tuesday was set as 334.54 liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 209.99 liras at 03.00 and 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.80 Turkish liras at 1137 GMT on Tuesday.
