The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,400 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 0.42 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of %47.6 to around 878 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,483.26 liras and 1.488.02 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Saturday was set at be 3,400 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1600-1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,374.69 liras at 10 a.m. local time (0700 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.91 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
