The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 3,399 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1700-1800 GMT), according to official figures released on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 783.27 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows a decrease of %14.1 to around 1.78 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,655.09 liras and 2,644.90 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt hour for Tuesday was set at 3,399 liras at 9 p.m. local time (1800 GMT), while the lowest was set at 1,400 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 39.86 liras at 2.20 p.m. local time (1120 GMT) on Tuesday.
