The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 329.91 Turkish liras at 21.00 local times and the lowest at 228.30 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on the electricity market on Monday showed an increase of 4.9% to 153.6 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 315.53 liras and 316.66 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Sunday was set as 327.41 liras at 15.00, 20.00 and 21.00 local times and the lowest at 199.99 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.86 Turkish liras at 1145 GMT on Monday.
