The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 2,409.98 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Wednesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,250 liras at 4 a.m. (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 13.5% to 905.7 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,849.22 liras and 1,873.86 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Wednesday was set as 2,549.99 liras at 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,544.45 liras at 2 a.m. (2300 GMT previous day), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 19.31 liras at 2.12 p.m. local time (1112 GMT) on Wednesday.
