The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,389.99 Turkish liras between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. (1500-1600 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 0 liras at 9 a.m. -11 p.m. - local time (0600-0800 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday's electricity market shows a decrease of 26.4% to around 896.07 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 1,497.66 liras and 1,548.09 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), while the lowest was set at 128,27 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 41.39 liras at 2.35 p.m. local time (1135 GMT) on Saturday.
