The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,399.55 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. (1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures released Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 0 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Sunday's electricity market trade volume shows a decrease of 10.4% to around 1.15 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,076.69 liras and 2,99.96 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 3,400 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), while the lowest was at 386.73 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 41.68 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
