The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 718 Turkish liras at 00.00, 01.00, 09.00, 10.00, 11.00, 15.00 and between 17.00-21.00 local time (2100, 2200, 0600, 0700, 0800 and between 1400-1800 GMT), while the lowest will be 455.73 liras at 07.00 local time (0400 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed an increase of 0.71% to 362.91 million liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 665.74 liras and 665.23 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Friday was set as 718 Turkish liras 08.00-11.00 and between 16.00-23.00 local time (0500-0800 and between 1300-2000 GMT), while the lowest was as 4451.82 liras at 04.00 local time (0100 GMT).
US$1 equals 8.92 Turkish liras at 1115 GMT on Friday.
