The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 3,000 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time (1400-1600 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,800.01 liras at 2 a.m. local time (2300 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Sunday's electricity market shows a decrease of 5.8% to around 1.41 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,496.25 liras and 2,516.68 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time (1400-1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 1,799.97 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 35.07 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
