The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 2,499.99 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate was set at 26.48 liras at 1 p.m. (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 59.6% to 279.9 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 881.38 liras and 882.51 liras respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set as 2,600 liras between 7 p.m and 8 p.m. (1600 - 1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 750 liras at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. (1000 and 1100 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 19.39 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
