The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 529.00 Turkish liras at 19.00 and the lowest will be 284.77 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 11.63% to 231.34 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 387.61 liras and 388.97 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 370.75 liras at 19.00 and the lowest at 270.89 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.33 Turkish liras at 1113 GMT on Tuesday.
