The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Turkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 1,745 Turkish liras between 08.00 and 10.00 local time (0500 - 0700 GMT), while the lowest is determined as 1,299.97 liras at 19.00 local time (1600 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed an increase of 1.92% to 752.63 million liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices of electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,524.75 liras and 1,542.11 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday was set as 1,745 liras between 08.00 and 11.00 local time (0500 - 0800 GMT) and between 13.00 and 16.00 local time (1000 - 1300 GMT), with the lowest at 1,325.01 liras at 23.00 local time (2000 GMT).
US$1 equals 13.94 liras at 1136 GMT on Tuesday.
