The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 334.54 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 209.99 liras at 03.00 local times, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Monday showed an increase of 7.7% to 151.32 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 311.74 liras and 314 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour on Monday was set as 328.61 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 210 liras at 05.00 and 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 6.79 Turkish liras at 1137 GMT on Monday.
