The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 4,200 Turkish liras between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (0500 - 0700 GMT) and 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. (1400 - 1500 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 2,900 liras at 4 a.m. (0100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an decrease of 2.24% to 1.98 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,497.81 liras and 3,528.66 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set as 4,200 Turkish liras between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (0500 - 0700 GMT) and 5.p.m and 7 p.m. (1400-1600GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 3,051 liras at 3 a.m. (0000 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.81 liras at 2.24 p.m. local time (1124 GMT) on Monday.
