The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 3,000 Turkish liras between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. local time (1400-1800 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is set at 2,078.33 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Tuesday's electricity market shows an increase of 8.9% to around 2.05 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,710.97 liras and 2,723.98 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 3,000 Turkish liras between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. local time (1400-2000 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 1,999.99 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 36.43 liras at 2.14 p.m. local time (1114 GMT) on Monday.
