The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday will be 474.99 Turkish liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest will be 275 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Wednesday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Wednesday's electricity market showed an increase of 8.5% to 213.8 million liras compared to Tuesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 385.05 liras and 387.56 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Wednesday was set as 404.90 liras at 11.00 local time and the lowest at 300.00 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 8.44 Turkish liras at 1138 GMT on Wednesday.
