The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 4,200 Turkish liras between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., and between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. (0500 - 0700 and 1400 - 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,540 liras at 1 p.m. (1000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday's electricity market showed an increase of %5.97 to 1.65 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,282.63 liras and 3,299.90 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set as 4,200 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., (0500, 0700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 1,477.46 liras at 6 a.m. (0300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.80 liras at 2.34 p.m. local time (1134 GMT) on Friday.
