The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 4,800 Turkish liras between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. local times (1300 and 1600 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
The lowest rate is set as 2,500.00 liras at 1 a.m. and 12 a.m. local times (2200 and 2100 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed an decrease of 0.99% to 1.84 billion liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,992.54 liras and 4,043.53 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Thursday was set as 4,800 liras between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. local times (1300 and 1600 GMT), while the lowest rate was agreed at 2,338.69 liras at 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. local time (0000 and 0100 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.62 liras at 2.37 p.m. local time (1137 GMT) on Thursday.
