The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 4,500 Turkish liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), according to official figures released Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 0 (zero) liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for Saturday's electricity market trade volume showed an increase of 0.75% to around 543.39 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 868.41 liras and 978.54 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 4,400 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest was set at 0 liras at 1 p.m. local time (1000 GMT), the data showed.
US$1 equals 45.02 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Friday.
