The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 324.72 Turkish liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest will be 236.99 liras at 01.00, 02.00, 03.00 and 05.00 local times, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed a decrease of 3.41% to 167.21 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 288.07 liras and 289.94 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 327.10 liras at 17.00 local time and the lowest at 236.98 liras at 04.00 and 05.00 local times.
US$1 equals 7.37 Turkish liras at 1119 GMT on Monday.
