The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 3,050 Turkish liras at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (0500 and 0600 GMT), according to official figures on Tuesday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,749.99 liras at 11 a.m. (0900 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday's electricity market showed a decrease of 17.3% to 1.24 billion liras compared to Monday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,556.56 liras and 2,542.31 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Tuesday was set as 3,650 liras at 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. (0500 and 0600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 2,175 liras at 12 a.m. (2100 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.89 liras at 2.19 p.m. local time (1119 GMT) on Tuesday.
