The highest electricity rate for one megawatt-hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 319.59 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest will be 232.27 liras at 06.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday's electricity market showed an increase of 5.55% to 160.64 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 296.97 liras and 299.171 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Monday was set as 325 liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest at 219.99 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.61 Turkish liras at 1130 GMT on Monday.
