The highest electricity rate for one-megawatt hour in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 320.22 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time and the lowest will be 150 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Monday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume on Monday showed an increase of 40% to 105.25 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity for the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 255.96 liras and 257.578 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday was set as 309.31 liras at 20.00 local time and the lowest at 3 liras at 06.00 local time.
US$1 equals 7.02 Turkish liras at 1129 GMT on Monday.
