The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye's day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 4,800 Turkish liras between 07.00 p.m. and 08.00 p.m. (1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate is determined as 3,000 liras at 12.00 a.m. local time (0900 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Friday electricity market showed a decrease of 8.5% to 1.87 billion liras compared to Thursday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,924,51 liras and 3,934,54 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set as 4,800 liras between 05.00 p.m. and 08.00 p.m. (1400 and 1800 GMT), while the lowest rate is determined as 2,750.01 liras at 12.00 a.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.28 liras at 02.58 p.m. local time (1158 GMT) on Friday.
