The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey's day-ahead spot market for Friday will be 1,131 Turkish liras at 08.00 (05.00 GMT) and between 15.00 and 21.00 local time (1200-1800 GMT), while the lowest will be 649.98 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT), according to official figures on Thursday.
Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Thursday's electricity market showed a decrease of 2.66% to 444.40 million liras compared to Wednesday.
The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 911.16 liras and 908.54 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market for Thursday was set as 1,131 liras between 15.00 and 22.00 local time (1200-1900 GMT), and the lowest at 600.33 liras at 12.00 local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 9.74 Turkish liras at 1116 GMT on Thursday.
